Hardware Maintenance Repair contracts to suit all Budgets.

Platinum service.        4 hour response, if equipment cannot be repaired within 8 hours or has to be taken away suitable loan equipment will be provided. All parts and labour is included. Excluding consumables and wear and tear.

Gold Service.              As above but 8 hour response.

Standard Service.      8 Hour response, No loan equipment left, all parts and labour included. 

Gold Retainer Plus:    8 Hour response, Labour inclusive, Parts charged for at normal rates.

Retainer Plus:             As above but 10 hour response.   

Retainer Service:       10 hour response only. All parts and labour is chargeable at normal rates.

Exclusions:                   Cathode ray tubes,  Impact or Thermal print head assy's, Toner,Ribbons, Mechanical  wear and tear items, removal of foreign objects and labels from inside equipment, Software maladies unless otherwise specified, silly calls ie: mains leads unplugged etc..
